Welcome kit not received

Hello Member support,

I was awarded the CISSP certification on Aug 7th, 2020

I am based in Canada, and I still have not received my CISSP welcome kit.

I sent an email to membersupport@isc2.org with my member ID and name 2 days back and haven't heard anything back yet.

I tried calling helping number 1.866.331.4722 several times, but it goes on voicemail and wasn;t helpful.

Please advise what should I do ?
