CISSP endorser didn't recieve my endorsement.

Hello,

I passed my CISSP on September 5th, and although the wait said 2-5 days for response, I had mine the next day. I completed my endorsement application on on September 7th and it said that it was being reviewed by my endorser by name. I gave my endorser a call and he never received any emails and his dashboard is blank. He has been looking for the last few days and still nothing. I am wondering if it actually takes longer to reach the endorser or is there an issue in the system.
