SSCP Provisional Pass, no communication

I sat for SSCP exan at Pearson Vue on 11/20/2018. At completion received Passed Provisionally Letter. Have received no email or other communication from ISC2. I only have 1 account with one email that I know of. Can this be checked out? I can supply ID/Exam number

@billethridge Thank you for reaching out and congratulations on passing the SSCP! There is a known delay with exam result emails being sent. I will be happy to check your status for you as I'm sure the results have been transmitted. Please send me a DM with your ID number and primary email address on file. You may also attempt to submit your endorsement application by visiting https://www.isc2.org/Endorsement. As long as we have the results, you will not have any trouble submitting your endorsement.

CISSP Delays...

The last communication i received from ISC2 was Oct 23,2018 that they have received my endorsement.I need my certificate before end of the year.I sent an email to members support but there was no reply..
