Cannot complete endorsement application because it can't see I passed the exam

I passed the exam. I got the email was ISC letting me know. I need an endorsement to get the certification. I fill out the application, i have a sponsor, i have the job experience ... but when I get to the final page it says I can't proceed because I have to have passed the exam first.

I did pass the exam. That's why I have the email from ISC stating that I passed.

I have no idea how to resolve this issue. Anyone have the same problem?

Many of (ISC)²'s processes seem to have manual steps that end up taking a few days to work themselves out.

If it has been more than a week since you got the letter, give member support a call. They should be able to tell you where it got stuck and give it a little shove if needed.
