Hello,

I had provisionally passed CISSP on 10/22/2019 but didnt receive any communication after that. Also not able to submit endorsement application as it says "they dont have my record yet". Tried emailing and calling the contact number with no response.

Anyone faced this? Any help is appreciated.

Can you see your result in your Pearson VUE exam history?

Regardless, you will need to contact Member Services. Emailing or leaving a voicemail takes a while to get a response, so keep calling them until you actually speak to someone.

Yes. In Exam history, it says Passed.

Well, that's a good thing - congratulations btw!

This type of thing tends to happen when you have a different email address set in your Pearson VUE profile compared with your ISC2 account.

Member Services should be able to resolve this for you.

I finally got hold of an agent at isc2 and she had submitted a case but said there is no timeline it could take some time. I hope it get resolved sooner
