(ISC)² Think Tank Webinars CPEs don't show up in my earned CPEs ?

Hello,

i waited about 10 business days to see if my (ISC)² Think Tank Webinars CPEs are add to my account but still no luck ? any ideas what i could be the issue ?

@smlail did you add your member number to your BrightTalk account? If so, it should add automatically. If not, you'll need to update your CPEs manually.

Hello,

Yes i did, whenever i finish a video on "Think Tank Webinars" it shows "Processing" and it stay like that,

Also i tried to contact : https://www.isc2.org/Contact-Us.

But i have not heard anything yet.

Typically, CPEs can take up to 10 days to credit if submitted on your behalf. I just confirmed that there has been a slight delay in applying CPEs from the Think Tank Webinars. But, it should be completed today (Wednesday).

Please contact me directly if you don't see your CPE by tomorrow.
