TRANSACTION DECLINED DUE TO RISK MODEL

Hello All,

I have been trying to make payment for the annual maintenance fee to get my SSCP certificate but i keep running into problems saying Transaction declined due to risk model.

The problem now is that i have gotten a debit alert of $125 from my bank despite the problems.

Please Help as this is urgent, i have sent a mail to the support and the phone lines are going to into voicemail and are of no help.

How do i get a refund of the $125.
