CISSP Certification Kit Not Received

Hello,

I've been certified since 1st April 2020 and I still waiting my welcome kit...
I know that, with the COVID-19 situation, things should take more time than expected, but I miss my "CISSP pin" (and ID Card also, but this is less than THE mighty pin :D)

Kindly assist me in resolving this issue

@Ausi999 Thank for your inquiry about your CISSP certificate and pin. And, congratulations on achieving this milestone!

Your welcome kit (including your ID card, certificate and pin) will be shipped to the address on file within 8 – 12 weeks.

If you have not received your kit within 12 weeks, please contact Member Services at membersupport@isc2.org and include your Member ID. One of our Customer Service Coordinators can check the status at that time.

Thanks a million its been almost more than 12 weeks I have not received my certificate along with Pin and Membership Card for my CISSP.
