Good morning.

I am a newbie to the re-certification process. I recently completed entering all my CPEs for the current period that expires on 5/31/20 for me. The CPR Dashboard reflects that as well. But when I check my Member profile, my certification (569177) still shows as having been awarded in May 2017 and expiring in May 2020. How long does it typically take for the profile to show that my certification expiration date has been changed to May 2023? Thank you for your time and efforts to respond to this question in advance.

Hi @rvenkat1965,

Your renewal won't be processed until the next working day after your certification expires.

It's also somewhat of a manual process that requires someone in Florida to do something so don't expect it to happen until late morning US east coast time.

It may then be some time later when the member portal is updated to reflect the new information.

Finally, your new physical certificate package will be with you 8-12 weeks after that point.
