CPE Credits not Awarded for InfoSecurity Magazine Online Summit

I attended the InfoSecurity Magazine Online Summit last week, but none of the CPE credits have been awarded. During the conference, I saw people in the chat saying their viewing history was not accurate, and it appears I am also having the same issue. I watched and participated in all events except the "Keynote Presentation: Getting Real with Zero Trust" presentation on April 26th at 11:15-11:50 that was cancelled. How do I go about getting those CPE's applied to my Member ID? I received nothing from InfoSecurity Magazine, nor BrightTalk that would prove my attendance.

Hi Eric,

Can you email membersupport@isc2.org the issue you are having with your CPEs and include your member ID #?

They should be able to assist you.
