Next Step for Approved Application Email

Hi,

I have received an email saying "Your application for CCSP has been reviewed and is now complete. Please check www.isc2.org/dashboard to review your certification status."

But when I go to the dashboard there are no next steps other than a link asking me to take a survey.

This has become very question. There is a delay between when you get the email and when it shows in the dashboard. If it doesn't show in 3-4 days I would contact member support directly. Calling and speaking directly to some opposed to leaving a message or sending an email seems to be what people recommend.
