Access to Benefits after CISSP Certification

Hi!

I obtained my CISSP accreditation on February, and weeks ago, I tried use the learning center to watch some courses, and received a message talking something about don't have access in any course. After that, I look in the member benefits page, and saw about a Code necessary to access the Member Perks page.

I sended mail to latin america support (twice), and no anynone assisted me.

How can I adjust my access for courses and request my Member Perks code (requested in the two emails sended) ?
