Passed Exam unable to submit Endorsement in November 2019

I provisionally passed the CISSP exam on November 09, 2019 but I am yet to receive an official acknowledgement from ISC2.

I called after 4 weeks of waiting in December and I was told I had 2 accounts that needed to be merged hence the reason I didn’t receive an email to start my endorsement process. The agent opened a ticket case #: inc0071492 to merge the accounts and I was told it will be resolved within 6 weeks.

I called again multiple times after 6 weeks and each time the agents I spoke with said they will check the status of the ticket and provide me with an update via email but I never received any communication regarding my issue. The email on my profile is: olurinjames@gmail.com.

Please help look into this as it’s been 4 months since I passed the exam and no updates from ISC2.

I can confirm that this issue has been resolved. I was able to submit my
endorsement application today.
