Endorsment taking more than 11 weeks and no response from ISC2

Hello ,

I passed the CISSP exam , and submitted the endorsement form on 16th December 2019 , and until now no response about it.

Support is not answering neither !

Can you help me please, the endorsement is taking more than 11 weeks!!

@nabilh Thank you for your post. I can confirm that endorsements are being reviewed within the 4-6 week SLA that is provided with an endorsement is submitted and Member Services is responding within 48 hours. Unfortunately, I believe you mail may be stuck someone. Please email membersupport@isc2.org from your primary email on file and include you (ISC)² ID number and we will look into your issue right away.

Finally I got a response from the support today,we are looking together the source of the issue.
