ISC2 ThinkTank Webinars CPEs

I attended a ISC2 Think Tank webinar on Feb 6, 2020, for which the CPE is not credited yet. Its been more than 5 business days since the date of the webinar and the CPE is not credited yet. I have the certificate of viewing from BrightTalk who hosted the event. Since its an ISC2 offered one, I can't manually update it as it wont let me. I 'Requested Assistance' last week for which there has not been any response. Any help is appreciated. Please let me know if you need any details.

The current CPE portal has a number of known issues.

As such, I suggest you always use the steps outlined in the post below to submit Group A CPEs:

Thanks for your response Alec! Your idea worked. I am monitoring to see if there is a duplicate and I will remove my submission if there are duplicates. Appreciate the help!

I requested my ISC2 transcript in pdf but still one month and no response.
