Still have not recevied my certification package

Dear Reader,

November 26, 2019 I got endorsed for SSCP. In January I got contacted by ISC2 because information was missing, which is needed to send mine certification package. I replied to the message but haven't heard from ISC2 since then. I contacted ISC2 about this 9-2, same story no response.

I would like to receive my certification package.I hope this message will speed up the process.

The packages can take up to 12 weeks to arrive!

I'd start counting that 12 weeks from the day you sent them the additional information they requested. If the package still hasn't arrived 12 weeks from that day call Member Services using the contact details you can find at the bottom of this site or the main ISC2 site.

Emailing or leaving a voicemail takes a few weeks to get a response so just keep calling them until you speak with someone if you're in a hurry.

I have not received any confirmation that a package has been sent. If you find out after 12 weeks the package has not been sent, then you can wait additional 12 weeks.

Technically, yes, but they're a bit quicker the second time around.

I know as this happened to me when it took 16 weeks for my ISSMP certificate to arrive - 12 weeks for the first one which got lost + 4 weeks for the replacement to arrive.
