Hi @amandavanceISC2 and @SamanthaO_isc2,

hope all is well, I read your names in another post similar to mine so I am asking your help, I would like to pay my AMF, however an SAML Assertion Validation error pops up every time I try to pay.

I have had this problem for weeks already and even issued a ticket but got no response.

Please please help me I am getting nervous on getting my certifications suspended.

Calling them and paying over the phone seems to be the best way to resolve this issue. Contact details can be found at the bottom of this site and the main ISC2 site - don't expect a fast response if you leave a voicemail.
