CISSP ENDORSEMENT EMAIL DELAY

Not sure if there is any backlog for the email. I passed the exam on 21st of January but never received any email about it. So applied for endorsement after 5 days & it did go through but still haven’t received any email about receiving the endorsement application. I mean its not like I need all emails but a confirmation definitely will be great. Any idea if delay is happening for everyone ?

It wouldn't be the first time it's happened! However, in the past, there's usually been more than one person complaining about not receiving the emails. From what I can tell by reading here and other forums no one else has reported not receiving the emails recently.

A very basic question, but have you checked your junk mail folder? Also, just to confirm, you are using the same email address for the ISC2 portals as you have set in your Pearson VUE ISC2 account, right?

Thanks for your response. Yes I have same email for both pearson & ISC2. Don’t see any email under junk folder too.

I tried calling ISC2 but going to voicemail directly. Can I get any update? My account still shows non-member, thanks.

I passed the exam on 9-Dec-2020 & Endorsement request was placed in queue on 12-Dec-2020, today is 20-Feb-21 & still awaiting the CISSP certification. Wondering if there is a huge backlog?
