Difficulty with Payment of AMF -Urgent Assistance Needed!

Repeated effort to pay my AMF has not been successful. I keep getting this error message:

DECLINED: 10626-TRANSACTION REFUSED DUE TO RISK MODEL. To be sure the issue is not with my bank, I did my renewal on ISACA site and it was very successful. I emailed the membership and the EMEA contacts on this issue days ago. Surprisingly, not even an acknowledgement has been received. ISC2 gave me a shot deadline to make payment without any attempt to assist in resolving payments issues encountered.

Has anyone encountered similar issue and how did you resolve it?

Call member support. They usually can resolve over the phone.
