Cannot view/edit CPE's

Hi all

I'm trying to view/edit my CPE's but I get an SSO error when clicking on the "View/Edit CPEs" option:

"We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins."

Any suggestions or assistance to get past this is appreciated!

I have had my certification for nearly a year and have never been able to login. I have opened multiple support cases and all they ever tell me is that it will take time. It's been nearly 6 months since I reported the issue and I have not received any real updates. They just keep telling me to wait.
