Unable to add CPE

Hi,

Between Sep 2018-Aug 2019 I have earned sufficient CPE hours. However I forgot to add them to my profile. I have 33.75 CPE left. Now I am unable to add any CPE for the 2018-2019 period. Could you please let me know what can I do now to ensure I do not loose my CISSP credential?

You'll need to contact Member Services ASAP:

I recommend you call them and keep calling until you speak to someone as leaving a voicemail or sending an email will take a while to get a response.

There is a 90-day grace period where you can enter CPEs after your cycle has ended, but I'd say you're outside of that period now and due to be decertified. More details about the grace period and decertification policy can be found here:
