Hello today my application has been reviewed and completed, however my certification status in mine dashboard has not been updated (from Associate to SSCP). When does the dashboard update or is there some kind of problem?

I think you need to pay the difference in the fees before you're a full member.

That's correct @AlecTrevelyan - you should be able to pay the difference between your Associate AMF and your full membership AMF, and then the next day, your status will update.

If you've done that and it's not updated, please contact membersupport@isc2.org with your details so they can fix any technical issues causing that problem.
