Education for members and associates free?

There are some trainings that say they are free for members and associates and that they can be accessed when signed in. I tried to access the courses and it wants to charge me for all of them. How do I gain access to the courses as an associate of ISC2. Thanks for any help.

I'm not sure if Associates do get free access to the PDI resources? According to the main PDI link, it's only free for Members:

Thank you for the help. I spoke with someone via live chat last week that said they would enroll me in my desired courses, but I haven't heard anything back yet and I am still not enrolled in my courses. What is the quickest way I could get some assistance on this?
