Hard Copy Certificate

Hi,

I took the exam in November 2018 and have not received my hard copy certificate yet. I emailed member support about 5 months ago and only got a response about a month later. Member support asked me for my mailing details and i provided them likewise and 3 months later, i still have not received my certificate as yet.

I sent another email last night, 20th Nov 2019 and are awaiting a response. I have provided a new address and hopefully this will get resolved soon.

yes i completed the endorsement process in January 2019.

I also have the same Issue , I have complete my Endorsement Process and sent Multiple Emails to ISC2 Support for shipping my Hard Copy Certificate.

I am still waiting for this.

My CISSP Candidate ID is : 617025
