CPEs for CCSP not shown on Active Transcript

I earned 2 CPEs for my CCSP, CISSP, and CSSLP, but my active transcript does not show the CPEs for CCSP.

My dashboard correctly reports 88 CPEs left for my CCSP, but I do not see anything for CCSP on the transcript. CCSP is not even listed on the transcript. I see the same 2 CPEs were applied to CISSP and CSSLP.

Is this a bug?

Yes, this is an all too common occurrence for those of us with multiple certifications. Almost every time I earn a new one I have to contact support to have it appear in the active transcript.

Please post the result of what member services says to you. I'm curious as to why this is such a problem.

Member Support did not resolve my issue. They sent a digital copy of my CCSP, CISSP, and CSSLP certificates, but my active transcript on the CPEs page still does not show my CPEs for CCSP.

I contacted Member Support two days ago. I haven’t heard back since then.

I'm sure eventually you'll get a message saying how they're much busier than usual, and they're so sorry. I want to know when they're going to accept that busier than usual is the new usual.
