Dumb question - access to videos

Hello, I've been a CISSP for about two weeks now, and I was wanting to view the videos under the Professional Development section of the Member page to start earning CPEs. However, when I try to launch any of them using the "Free for Members" button, I get an "Error: Not Authorized" message on the page.

Is there an amount of time I need to wait before I am "in the system" and authorized to watch videos or access other member areas that I may not be able to yet? Or am I just missing something completely?

Hi Wayne - access is dependent on full membership (passing exam, endorsement, paying first AMF) but that's all. Once you're a member, you should be able to view them.

If you're dashboard is showing membership is active, can send an email to PDI@isc2.org? They'll be able to enroll you.

Oh, I hate to contradict you, Kaity, but that is definitely not all!

There is another condition: ISC2 systems must be working properly!

(As we have recently seen, assuming that they are be a fatal flaw ...)
