Approved Application - No information on Dashboard

Similar to other users, I received the following email, but do not see anything on my Dashboard:

"Congratulations! Your application for CISSP has been reviewed and is now complete. Please check www.isc2.org/dashboard to review your certification status."

I tried multiple browsers and ways of navigating to the dashboard. Can someone assist? Thank you.

I have same issue dear and there is no remedy as yet.

@Kaity I am having the same issue with my Dashboard access. The endorsement page says my Associate status was approved but the Dashboard doesn't load.
