Unable to post CPE

I have seen multiple posts on this topic but do not see a response or solution that works for me. I have been unable to post CPEs since the start of my new 3 year term, 1st July 2019. I have tried putting in several items using the No option but still my CPE count is still 0. I also did a ISC2 member magazine quiz that is suppose to credit 2 CPEs automatically, but that also has not appeared on my dashboard. Can someone help with this problem?

Have you tried the steps from the post in the link below to submit your CPEs manually?

These steps used to work for me 100% of the time, but recently I discovered another bug in the CPE portal which I've documented here:

BTW - The CPEs for the magazine quizzes seem to be taking a lot longer than the 5 business days to appear, but they have eventually all appeared for me.
