Hi,

Anyone knows if there is an issue reaching ISC2 support? I have emailed them several times in regards to an issue I am experiencing with my Dashboard with no response received. Below is the email address I have been using for them:

Yes! There is!

(Sorry for the sarcastic reply, but a little bit of searching of recent topics on this
site might have answered your question fairly quickly ...)

You can do the aforementioned searching to find details, but, in short:

- roughly 12,000 accounts may be having problems

- hence, support is pretty jammed

- response times (just response, not fixes) seem to be in the 5 days to four weeks
range

- you can also try emailing soconnor@isc2.org
keagle@isc2.org
jshriver@isc2.org
community@isc2.org and/or
avance@isc2.org

Yeah you right, I did a quick search and saw all the complaints, I have not been on this site for a while.
