Hi,

I'd like (need more like it) to update the primary email address but unable to myself

This is something that needs to be changed on the backend, and I am happy to assist you with that. Please send me an email that includes your current email address (if you still have access, from it is preferred), the one you would like to change to, and your Member ID#. You can direct that to me at community@isc2.org.
