I forgot to pay 2019 AMF in line with new policy by 30th June.

I tried to access the portal site, the portal site is inactive due to transition of web site.

Could you please teach me what I should do?

@Yumi as per the member policies, '(ISC)2 allows Members a 90-day grace period from the cycle start date to pay in full a past due AMF.'

However, it also says: 'For 2019 only, the year in which this new policy is enacted, the grace period shall run January 23, 2019 through June 30, 2019.'

I'm not sure what the 2nd part implies, but depending on your cycle start date you might have a chance to do that. Contact membersupport@isc2.org to clarify and resolve this; if there's no prompt response, reach out to one of the moderators here, providing your ID for them to check the details.

@amandavanceISC2 or @Kaity, please throw some light on this...

@Yumi Not to worry, by Monday the transition should be completely finished and you will be able to make payment. For anyone who is suspended due to a past due payment, they will need to call Member Services at 1-866-331-4722 option 1 to pay.
