    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, all members should should receive a hard copy of their certificate(s) after endorsement, and again upon each renewal of their 3-year cycle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There's an FAQ for the certificate pack here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.isc2.org/Frequently-Asked-Questions#accordion-c6c19fcde9cf46cdadb06d7d6ed9719d" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.isc2.org/Frequently-Asked-Questions#accordion-c6c19fcde9cf46cdadb06d7d6ed9719d&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sounds like you need to contact Member Services and ask for a replacement to be shipped. I'd also check that your postal address is set correctly in your profile in the member portal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
