CPE SSO Error

Good afternoon All,

please forgive me if this is not the proper place to post this. I am trying to submit some CPE's and when I select submit or view/edit CPE's I receive the following error

"Single Sign-On Error

We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins."

Any help on where to go with this would be much appreciated.

Thanks for posting in the Community. In order to resolve this issue, reaching out to Member Services is going to be your best bet. You can reach them at membersupport@isc2.org or by calling the phone number for your region listed here. They will be able to best help with submitting CPE's and fixing the error message that you are receiving.
