Have you tried following the steps in this post to manually add them? There are known issues with some of the selections in the CPE Portal that these steps should help you avoid:

Thank you - seems to work if it is entered a non-ISC training although it is of course.

Very confusing ..

Anyway, I can submit them manually now at least.
