I was wondering where to download the (ISC)² CBK. (not the Official (ISC)² Guide to the CISSP CBK, Fifth Edition, but the CBK itself).

Is the CISSP Certification Exam Outline the equivalence to The (ISC)² CBK?

Regrettably, the CBK no longer exists as a single, available document. We had a long discussion on the topic a few months ago.

Your only choices are the Guide you referred to, and the out-of-date books. (ISC)2 still owes the community the updated CISSP Guide book, which is now about a year past original promise date.

Dear Dr. Shelton,

Thank you very much for your response and guidance.

Project managers have PMBOK from PMI; Business analysts have BABOK from IIBA.

It'd be wonderful for security professionals to have the updated CBK from ISC2.

I am looking forward to the updated CBK, even though it seems we have to wait for a while:)
