Enrolment on the PDI - Not Authorized

Hello all, Trying to enrol into the free members courses on the PDI. I keep getting 'Not Authorized'.

Anyone else get this? How can I get this resolved?

Only been a member since 10 April 2019.

I need to start earning CPEs and this seems like a perfect opportunity.

Tried contacting support, but the form keeps crashing.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Hmmm. Sounds like *two* problems. (Support error: only one [1] problem
allowed per posting. 🙂

I wonder if either (or both) problem(s) is (are?) related to the sign-in problem?

Which raises another point: have you created your account on the main ISC2
Website?
