      <description>&lt;P&gt;Another trick.&amp;nbsp; I don't know where in the world you are, but (ISC)² is in Florida&amp;nbsp; and they only work 09:00 to 17:00 US-Eastern.&amp;nbsp; It might help to ensure you are calling during their business hours.&amp;nbsp; Google "what time is it in Florida?" if you find timezone-math difficult,&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm in the same boat and it's been really frustrating.... months of unreturned voice mail and email, and all I'm trying to do is pay them money so I can add a certification that I passed last September to my cv. And yes, I saved the emails and have been calling at various times during their business hours. I even tried getting through to them by going through the wonderfully well-manned training department and they were unwilling to do anything but provide the customer service phone number. Can't say I'll recommend DoD continues using this certification as a standard if it requires Active Duty service members to spend dozens of manhours trying to send payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
