ISC2 Quiz not appearing in CPEs

I completed and passed the ISC2 magazine quiz for March/April 2018 on the 9 of April 2019. (yes I was a year late). I understood it should update automatically after 5 business days. But it has not. Should I continue to wait or is there a means to update manually?

I'm having the same issue. Took my quiz (recent magazine edition) a bit over a week ago.

No update.

@linehanjt and @antoniodbrown07, first attempt to contact <membersupport@isc2.org> with your issue, from the (ISC)2 site if possible, after which they'll either rectify the issue or ask you to add them manually --- should it come to the latter, check out the URLs below for information. (There are many posts, so you may have to dig around)
