CISSP Endorsement Application Issue

Hello,

I provisionally passed the CISSP exam last Tuesday, February 19th. I have since received the CISSP Examination Results email that contains a link to begin the endorsement application process. However, whenever I select the link in the email, which is supposed to take me to: https://apps.isc2.org/Endorsement/#/Home I am redirected to the homepage located at: https://www.isc2.org

In addition, if I log into My Profile, and navigate to the Endorsement tab, after clicking that tab I am immediately redirected back to the homepage again. It has been a week since reaching out to Member Support via email and was hoping someone within the Community might be able to assist me with this issue.
