Cannot download Digital Certificate - Green screen on all browsers

I was granted the CISSP 2 days ago, trying to download a digital certificate yields a green screen on all browsers. Tried 2 days in a row.

You won't be able to download the digital cert until your cycle starts. It usually starts the month after you have officially received your CISSP designation. For example, if you were officially a CISSP anytime in February 2019, your cycle will most likely start March 1 2019.

@itsecengCPIC, others have also asked about this and @amandavanceISC2 has clarified the reason as the certification cycle not having begun. You can check one of the other posts on this.
