CPE credit error- How to fix SAML issue or alternative method for submitting credits

Can someone help with either instructions on how to clear the SAML error on the CPE credits log in page or give an alternative method on how to submit credits that are not automatic? I worked too hard to pass the CISSP test to have this much frustration in trying to submit credits. I will be able to get the 40 for the first year with just auto credits, but I have lots of qualifying credits annually, that are not automatic and since only some members are experiencing this problem, it is not likely that it will be fixed soon. Is there a phone number I can call and talk to someone at a help desk or something?
