Hello,

I completed all my required CPES for the last three years. I also just paid all outstanding dues. but I'm unable to see my certification. When I go to verify my cert it says it expired. Who can I contact to fix this?

Ian

@spiceian If your three-year cycle hasn't expired yet, you will not have an updated certificate until it does. Once members have met the three-year CPE and AMF requirements, their certification will renew on the first business day following the expiration. You will receive a confirmation email on that day with your new cycle dates. Once you receive that, the digital certificate will have the updated information.

Best Regards,
