Update Mailing Address

Hi,

I am not able to update my mailing address. I only get to update my Primary address and that reflects in the Billing Address and my Mailing address is incomplete and not able to change it in my profile pages.

Please advise.

@ksridh Thank you for reaching out to us. Please note, the primary address will reflect for all addresses as this is where certificates will be mailed and where your AMFs will be billed. I will be happy to check your records to make sure the address is matching. Please send me a DM or email with your primary email on file, your (ISC)² ID number and your postal address and I will verify your information.

I am unable to update the primary address in my profile. How is this accomplished? The text field seems to be un-editable.
