Will ISC2 set up an Association Health Plan option for its independent members?

Independent ISC2 members that are <65 can have significant challenges regarding health care plans, including premium costs and availability. Now that Association Health Plans are an option with potentially significantly lower costs, can ISC2 look into offering an association health care plan, either by itself or in federation with other computer industry groups? Such an option would be a valuable benefit to those ISC2 members that need to obtain health care outside of an employer plan.
