I had done this from isc2 Cyber Forensics Incident Recovery and below was the information it showed but i don't see them getting credited.I even tried to edit and add but don't get displayed.Please help.

Suggest you send an email to Customer Service for the region in which you are located. You'll get a much quicker response.

This happened to me too. What I did was add it manually, and keep the proof of the course (certificates, email) attached to the submission. It got credited after a while.

Enter begin/end date
Select 'No' to it being an (ISC)² offered event (even though it was, still check no)
