    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear support team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to receive the password reset email for my ISC2 account, even after multiple attempts. I have checked my spam folder, but nothing has arrived.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Step taken: Login in private browser, clear all cache and close browser but nothing work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I really need to schedule my exam. I tried to email to &lt;A href="mailto:membersupport@isc2.org" target="_blank"&gt;membersupport@isc2.org &lt;/A&gt;but no answer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My ticket ref:&amp;nbsp;ref:!00D410eoKs.!500Qj014xqSo:ref&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
