Unable to pay the AMF, its giving me error

Hi All,

I am facing attached error while trying to reach out to the payment for the AMF. Any thoughts, i tried to contact support team, but not getting a proper response till now.

i just tried now, its worked.. It was not working since last 2 weeks.
