Although I was previously informed that the process would take 6 to 8 weeks (as stated in your previous correspondence), the promised timeframe has passed, and my refund is still pending.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>It is extremely disappointing that not only is the refund delayed, but my follow-up inquiry is also being ignored.
