    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Dear Member Support Team,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am writing this message out of desperation. I have repeatedly tried to verify if my submitted documents were received, but I have gotten no response.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Here is the timeline of my attempts to contact you:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;- November 17: I emailed Exam Administrator(Ms. White) with my completed "Credit Card Refund Request Form". I requested a confirmation of receipt, but received no reply.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;- November 21: I emailed Member Support (membersupport@isc2.org) to explain the situation and check on the status, but my inquiry remains unanswered.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;- November 27 : I reached out to APAC Member Support (membersupportapac@isc2.org) with the same request. To date, I still have not heard back from anyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am simply asking for confirmation that my refund process has started. I do not believe this is a difficult request to fulfill.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#ff0000"&gt;PLEASE,&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I earnestly beg you to send me just one message confirming that you have received my documents.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;While $749 USD might be a small amount to your organization, it is a very significant sum of money for me personally. The complete lack of communication regarding this refund is causing me great distress.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I look forward to hearing from you immediately.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
