topic Unable to access CC courses in Member Support

I am able to see my CC course in my dashboard. When I click into the pre-assessment, I get the message "You do not have access to this knowledge space." The other domains shows as expired. However, I see that my course is available until November 2025. I contacted support and was given canned text about extension qualifications, but my access hasn't yet expired! I haven't received any further responses after letting them know that I should still have access until November! How do I get this escalated? My exam is scheduled for September!

The last response I received was on 7/27. They said they were passing my request on to the relevant ISC2 team to action and information about when extensions are offered, however no other information. My training does not end until November 15, 2025 so I am not sure why I need to request an extension or why it has already expired.
